About Me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, offering a calm and supportive space where you can take a moment and begin to explore what feels difficult. I work in a warm, thoughtful, and attentive way, creating room to reflect on what may be unfolding in your inner world, especially when it feels complex or hard to make sense of alone.
People often come to therapy when they feel stuck - in relationships, at work, or within themselves, or when they are struggling with behaviours they find difficult to change. Often, there is a desire for greater clarity, balance, and a way of living that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent 12 years in senior leadership roles within corporate organisations, giving first-hand insight into high-pressure environments and their impact on wellbeing, relationships, and decision-making.
Alongside this, my medical background has shaped an understanding of the close connection between mind and body and the importance of viewing wellbeing in a more holistic way.
Many of my clients are individuals who feel a sense of internal pressure, uncertainty, or disconnection. Therapy offers them a space to slow down, reflect, and make more conscious, aligned choices.

A Compassionate Approach to Personal Growth
My approach is psychodynamic, exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns can shape the way you feel, relate, and respond in the present. As understanding deepens, patterns that may once have felt fixed or confusing can begin to shift, allowing things to feel lighter and easier to think about. In many cases, the client-therapist relationship lies at the heart of this work, where thoughts and feelings can be explored together, opening up new ways of seeing things.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation so you can share what brings you to therapy and get a sense of how I work. If it feels like the right fit, an initial session can be arranged, with no pressure to continue.
